We're looking for people who have the desire to change not only their bodies but there attitudes towards health and fitness, people who are tired of the status quo or current routines and want a kickstart into a new healthy lifestyle while taking them to the next level!
We train all levels of fitness - from complete beginners to intermediate to advanced males and females; We are experienced with clients from all walks of life so whatever your circumstances are we've got a programme that FITS YOU.

We train people from 7am-8pm 7 days a week! accommodating almost any busy schedule!
The Sessions have an atmosphere of fun with our creative workouts and good banter.
This is not the same old tired routines that your used to. the sessions involve you doing boxing strength and conditioning which we use ourselves to prepare for competitions.
Is it going to be tough ? is it going to be effective? is it going to be worth it?

Our training is designed to give you the knowledge and skills to get results FAST! we train you like you have to make weight for a fight.
