himitsushi is a fun team of creative people based in the UK working to bring you Japanese Culture and Japanese Language themed lessons, tutoring, online help and more! Since 2008 we have been creating Japanese inspired art, music, writing, videos and blog content. We now also host events. Our first big public event will be a Japanese Culture Festival held at University of Worcester on Saturday 16th January 2016.

From 12:00-20:00 there will be talks, workshops, demonstrations, cinema, stalls, cafes and more! Followed by a party with a fashion show, concert, karaoke, quizzes, raffle and disco with buffet, 'purikura' photobooth and prizes.

All of the activities will be Japanese Culture based and the aim of the event is to promote and share Japanese culture with the people of Worcester and to have lots of fun whilst raising money for the charity - Oxfam.

Everyone is welcome to come along. Tickets will be available online and anyone under the age of 13 does not need a ticket but must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring cash as we will not be able to accept card payment at the event.
